Chief Executive Officer

Jim is accountable for the strategic direction of Pointcore, aligning with the mission of OSF HealthCare. Jim has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with over 20 of those years in executive leadership roles. As an industry leader, he serves on numerous state and local healthcare boards along with advisory positions to many companies.

Chief Development Officer

Eric plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of Pointcore as a champion of healthcare transformation. He oversees strategy, business development and sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships leveraging over 30 years of expertise in management and executive leadership to forge successful collaborations and achieve impactful results.

Becky Kentzel

Chief Process Officer

Becky leads the Program Support Office where she works across client organizations to guide major initiatives to success. Becky’s extensive experience in healthcare strategy and operational improvement have spanned 40 years in healthcare, including 25 years in program and project management. She is trained in process improvement and change management methodologies.

Brian Harms

Chief Administrative Officer

Brian leads client relationships and operations for the organization, providing strategic guidance to clients and overseeing all aspects of internal operations, including resource allocation and performance evaluation. He leverages his 23 years of experience in healthcare solutions executive leadership to ensure organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.

David Hall, MD

Chief Information Officer

Dr. Hall leads technology delivery for our clients, driving healthcare transformation through strategic guidance in applications, security, and overall IT strategy. With over 26 years of experience with OSF HealthCare, including 14 years as a leader in physician informatics and IT, Dave brings a unique perspective honed by his background as a physician who practices both internal medicine and pediatrics. This deep understanding of clinical workflows and technology’s impact on patient care
enables him to guide organizations in implementing solutions that enhance outcomes and improve operational efficiency.

Kurt Dierking

Chief Facilities Officer

Kurt delivers innovative, future-focused facilities solutions for healthcare organizations, driving operational excellence and sustainable growth. He leads enterprise-wide strategy encompassing facilities management, construction, real estate, environmental services, and security. His 30+ years of experience includes optimizing capital resources, managing risk, and implementing data-driven solutions for complex, multi-campus operations.

Dave Fergus

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Dave oversees the entire supply chain process from sourcing and procurement to distribution ensuring strong and sustainable supply chains for Pointcore clients. Throughout the course of Dave’s 30-year career, he has delivered more than $350M in annual financial improvements, leading multiple functional and corporate reengineering initiatives, and navigating numerous mergers and acquisitions. Dave also fosters cross-collaboration and has served on advisory boards to both early stage and multi-national corporations.

Jenny Atterberg

Chief Nursing Information Officer

Jenny is a strategic leader driving the development and integration of nursing informatics to enhance patient care. With 18 years of experience as a registered nurse and informatics leader, she develops and implements informatics strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Her expertise contributes to high-quality, technology-enabled patient care for our clients. Jenny holds a Master of Science in Nursing Informatics, is Nursing Informatics-Board Certified, has served as an adjunct faculty at Bradley University, and is an Epic Nurse Well-Being Steering Committee Member.

Tyler Fitch, MD

Chief Medical Information Officer

Dr. Fitch leads physician informatics and co-leads the clinical applications. He brings a unique blend of medical expertise, technical proficiency, and leadership to bridge the gap between clinicians and IT, driving large-scale projects that improve patient outcomes, enhance physician efficiency, and maximize healthcare technology investments. With a track record of successful Epic activations, AI-driven healthcare innovations, and strategic decision support improvements, he fosters collaboration and ensures healthcare IT solutions deliver measurable ROI.

Ray Sharp

Associate Chief Information Officer

Ray leads operational process improvements and optimizes support processes within the IT division, enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. With 22 years of healthcare IT experience, he brings strategic vision and a commitment to excellence, building high-performance teams and aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Christopher Talcott

VP, Information & Communication Technology and Chief information Security Officer

Christopher is responsible for the security of our clients’ information, technology, and cyber systems. He plays a critical role in collaborating with business leaders to maintain regulatory compliance and secure systems and data. With over 27 years of experience in IT, including more than 20 years in IT leadership positions, Christopher brings a wealth of expertise to the role. He has spent nearly 20 years in healthcare-specific IT technical and leadership positions, specializing in infrastructure and cybersecurity administration and management.

Dan Labriola

Construction General Manager

Dan is responsible for Pointcore’s construction capabilities where he guides and directs construction efforts for clients. Dan leverages his 30+ years of experience in all facets of construction to enhance and realize healthcare spaces. He is a certified Healthcare Constructor as designated by the American Hospital Association and American Society of Healthcare Engineers.

Shawn DeWane

Vice President, Sales

Shawn is accountable for accelerating sales and revenue growth across all divisions of Pointcore. He has 30 years of extensive leadership experience generating top- and bottom-line revenue growth as well as a strong history of building relationships in the healthcare technology space. He has served in various executive roles over his business development career and has had a professional relationship with OSF HealthCare for over 24 years.

Randy Wolfe

Vice President, Healthcare Technology & Devices

Randy guides technology devices across HTM/biomedical operations and IT, ensuring the design, development, and maintenance of technologies that improve patient care. He also spearheads service programs to provide comprehensive support for device needs and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Leveraging his 34 years of experience across IT and healthcare, Randy drives significant improvements in care delivery for clients.

Nano Rinald

Vice President, Supply Chain Collaborative

Nano leads the Pointcore Supply Chain Services team, managing a portfolio in supply, pharma, capital and purchased services. With his 25+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain leadership, Nano has led hospitals across the country to achieve supply chain efficiency.

Matt McGraw

Vice President, Supply Chain Operations

Matt leads client supply chain operations, bringing 19 years of expertise in for-profit and non-profit healthcare to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction. His strong change management skills have been instrumental in over 20 hospital acquisition integrations and two new hospital builds. Matt has been recognized as a leader in supply chain by Peoria 40 Under Forty (2016), Journal of Healthcare Contracting “Future Supply Chain Leaders to Know” (2018), and Becker’s Healthcare,

Mike Vermillion

Vice President, Distribution Operations

Mike is responsible for supply chain distribution operations and logistics, a role that directly impacts both patient care and operational efficiency. He is an accomplished supply chain professional with over 40 years of diverse and in-depth experience managing and optimizing all facets of supply chain operations. His areas of expertise include logistics, procurement, inventory management, and general operations, with a strong focus on cost reduction strategies and process improvement initiatives.

Imad Rahman

Vice President, Facilities Planning and Operations

Imad oversees facilities engineering, planning, operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance pertaining to life safety and environment of care for health systems. His 24 years of comprehensive experience in facilities design, construction, and operations provide him with valuable insights into the perspectives and needs of both clients and service partners, resulting in the development of practical strategies and actionable plans that drive success.

Jill Donahue

Director, Client Management

Jill champions client partnerships, leading the client management team to deliver exceptional service and execute client strategies effectively. Her 31 years of experience, spanning IT, client-
management and leadership have solidified her belief that teamwork is essential for achieving both client and team success.

Stephanie Abell

Director, Marketing Strategy & Communications

Stephanie oversees brand and marketing for Pointcore, driving growth and innovation in the healthcare solutions market.  She leverages her 24 years of experience in advertising and marketing to develop and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies that build brand awareness, optimize digital engagement, generate leads and accelerate sales.  Stephanie also leads Pointcore Graphic Solutions Promotions division, providing branding solutions for clients that build and showcase their brands.

Jon is a business development leader focused on aligning solutions to meet client needs and drive transformation within the healthcare industry. With 30 years of experience spanning IT, consulting, revenue cycle, and business operations, he possesses a deep understanding of the challenges facing healthcare organizations. Steve Passalacqua

Client Development Executive

Steve partners with healthcare clients to address their unique challenges with tailored solutions. His 30+ years of executive experience driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships in healthcare technology and services spans enterprise software, cloud-based SaaS, and professional services delivery. Steve’s deep expertise includes clinical applications, revenue cycle management, and medical imaging, with a proven track record of success across diverse provider settings, from health systems to specialty practices. Randy Mattingly

With over 35 years of experience in healthcare, spanning military, clinical practice, enterprise healthcare IT, HMO/PPO contracting, marketing, business development, and sales, Randy brings a unique and comprehensive perspective to the role. He has been recognized for leveraging this diverse experience to create uncommon approaches to the healthcare marketplace, addressing the ever-changing challenges facing the industry.

Rick leads technology deployments for clients, leveraging 35+ years of healthcare experience, including 25 years at OSF HealthCare. He specializes in high-value initiatives like Epic deployments, acquisitions, and strategic programs that deliver positive client outcomes.

Samantha Ulrich

Director, Business Applications

Samantha leads the non-clinical application portfolio, ensuring successful implementation, optimization, and support for patient access, patient experience, revenue cycle, and reporting.  Her 20 years in IT, with 15 focused on Healthcare IT, includes significant involvement in multiple Epic implementations and ongoing support across various healthcare systems. She is adept at resolving application issues and driving operational efficiency.

Janis Pacocha

Director, Portfolio Management

Janis directs PSO projects and programs, ensuring they are aligned with business goals, produce high-quality results, and contribute to overall client success.  She brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare, with 23 years specifically in information technology and project management, to her role.  Her expertise includes resource and process management, as well as leading successful change management initiatives.

Director, Business Planning & Data Intelligence

Dave is responsible for leading data intelligence services to create and implement value-added solutions for clients.  With over 32 years of healthcare experience, including 20+ years in leadership roles, he brings extensive expertise in healthcare supply chain operations, information technology, project management, and solution development.  He has a proven track record of program development and implementation, and leads partnership initiatives, ultimately helping clients better manage and monitor their organizational health, reducing overall cost and risk.

Karen Bennett

Director, Clinical Applications

Karen oversees the implementation, optimization, and support of clinical software, maximizing technology to enable efficient, high-quality, value-based care for clients. With over 29 years in healthcare, including 20 in leadership and a background as a bedside nurse, she uniquely bridges the gap between clinical operations and health IT.  Her deep expertise in Epic systems, enables seamlessly integrated Epic workflows that enhance patient outcomes, and ultimately empower clients to elevate service to their communities.

Adam Gibson

Director, Planning & Program Management

Adam is a seasoned leader in healthcare construction, providing expertise and guidance to the Pointcore team and clients.  Adam leads and oversees all projects, drawing on 25 years of construction and engineering experience, with nearly 18 years focused specifically on healthcare. He has expertly managed over 100 capital projects totaling more than $750 Million, including significant endeavors like the Children’s Hospital of Illinois (Milestone Building), Jump Trading Simulation and Education Center, and OSF Ministry Headquarters.

Issac Kim

Director, Construction Operations

Isaac oversees preconstruction and construction phase projects, ensuring every project delivers exceptional results for clients. With over 18 years of diverse construction management experience including retail, sports stadiums, hotels, data centers, and over a decade specifically in healthcare, Isaac looks beyond just “bricks and mortar.” He focuses on understanding each project’s purpose and individual goals, building valuable relationships and trust throughout the journey.

DeCarol Hardenburg

Director, Construction Healthcare and Field Operations

DeCarol leverages over 30 years of diverse experience in the healthcare industry to oversee field operations. He ensures projects meet client objectives, stay on schedule, and remain within budget through expert coordination with hospital facilities teams and trade partners. DeCarol is renowned for his strong ability to build enduring relationships with all project stakeholders, from clients to end-users.
