Overview
The McDowell Health Center underwent a Pointcore renovation to expand and modernize its facilities for Terros Health. The project involved interior updates, including roof replacement, upgraded finishes, new lighting and additional exam rooms for both family practice and healthcare provider services. Plus, exterior refresh gives the building an enhanced look and better functionality.
Additional improvements included a parking lot study and an electrical service reroute to optimize site access and infrastructure. The renovation balanced operational continuity with construction efficiency, delivering a modernized, patient-centered environment that supports elevated care delivery.
