Pointcore Achieves Globally Recognized Certifications

Raising the Bar in Healthcare Technology Management

Pointcore has achieved ISO 9001 certification and ISO 13485 certification, marking a significant milestone in quality, consistency and accountability across our healthcare technology management (HTM) services. These certifications apply to the servicing of active, non-implantable, non-sterile medical devices and cover Pointcore operations throughout the Midwest.

These globally recognized standards, established by the International Organization for Standardization, provide guidance on how organizations document, execute and continuously improve their processes. For healthcare organizations, ISO standards provide assurance that services are delivered consistently, safely and with quality built into every step of the work. The certifications help ensure medical equipment is maintained in a way that supports safe patient care and reduces clinical risk.

As part of the certification process, the team strengthened existing processes and refined workflows to meet ISO standards. This included preventative and corrective maintenance procedures, calibration schedules, vendor evaluation, performance tracking and formal quality reviews.

Achieving ISO 9001 certification and ISO 13485 certification strengthens Pointcore’s credibility as a healthcare services organization. These globally recognized standards demonstrate that Pointcore’s depot services operate with proven, repeatable processes supported by a robust quality management framework aligned with the highest expectations in healthcare technology management.

Pointcore is proud to underscore our commitment to ongoing excellence and continuous improvement. By implementing ISO standards, Pointcore ensures that the healthcare organizations we work with can rely on safe and high-quality healthcare technology management services that directly support patient care.
