Overview
This nine-phase renovation of the Mary Potter Physicians Pavillion building at OSF HealthCare Little Company of Mary Medical Center modernized a five-story medical office facility while allowing clinical operations to continue throughout construction. The renovation spanned multiple care specialties including OB/GYN, Family Practice, Medical Specialties and Behavioral Health, plus included the installation of new data closets and upgraded IT distribution on every floor.
Each phase focused on specific areas to ensuring a comprehensive renovation. Through detailed phasing, proactive coordination, technological advancements and healthcare-specific construction expertise, Pointcore helped create a modernized, flexible care environment designed to support both current needs and future growth.
