Overview
This clinic consolidation for OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center transformed a former Cub Foods grocery store into a modern, fully-equipped outpatient medical facility. Spanning approximately 62,000 square feet, the renovated clinic now houses a pharmacy, medical group offices, a pediatrics wing and other essential services.
The project combined meticulous interior renovations with comprehensive exterior and site work to integrate the facility into the surrounding community. This consolidation was part of the broader initiative of OSF to repurpose existing spaces to improve healthcare accessibility and better meet the evolving needs of patients and families.
