Overview
At 298-bed OSF HealthCare Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Illinois, Pointcore helped OSF open an electrophysiology lab on schedule using our program management and construction management approaches. Faced with a mechanical unit that had a 40-week lead time which threatened the launch date, our team acted swiftly to re-engineer the solution. We reduced lead time to only 13 weeks while maintaining ongoing hospital operations without disruption.
Throughout the project we leveraged our healthcare-specific construction experience, proactive procurement strategy and trusted partner network to deliver on time and ahead of occupancy approval.
