Overview
This project involved the remarkable transformation of OSF HealthCare’s Ministry Downtown Headquarters. This historic renovation project consisted of an exterior makeover, carefully preserving the building’s architectural heritage while incorporating modern elements. The meticulous restoration included tuckpointing, new terra cotta, GFRC spandrel panels and windows, as well as the installation of custom aluminum castings. The result is a stunning blend of the building’s original 1904 design and contemporary materials, offering a visually appealing and functionally superior space.
